Solution Name: Suprema Middleware for Milestone XProtect

Suprema Middleware for Milestone XProtect brings physical security operations into a single interface. By bridging BioStar X access control with Milestone's XProtect VMS, security operators can monitor access events, manage alarms, and view live or recorded video — all from the XProtect Smart Client without switching between systems.

Solution Key Features

Access Control Management and administration for users, doors, zones, and elevators with XProtect Smart Client
Event Log Management View live and historical access control events from BioStar X within XProtect Smart Client. When a camera is mapped to a door, operators can instantly review the snapshot image or video footprint captured at the moment of the event — all from a single interface.
Alarm Management Acknowledge the access control alarm of BioStar X in XProtect Smart Client.
Remote Door Control Remote control the doors to unlock, lock and release the alarm.
Virtual Map Open and close the doors through the Maps function of the XProtect Smart Client.
